When & Where: Meetings will be held on the second Tuesday of each month (with the exception of December, July, and August when the club does not meet) at Fredericksburg Methodist Church, Princess Anne and Hanover Streets in downtown Fredericksburg. Meetings begin at 7:30 PM. (This is a new location from previous years.)

Directions: The Fredericksburg United Methodist Church is on Hanover Street at corner of Princess Anne Street. Use parking lot off Charlotte Street between Princess Anne & Prince Edward Streets. Use church entrance off parking lot that is closest to Charlotte Street. Once inside, take stairway to left, then straight ahead to Room 236.

Format: The format for the 2010/2011 club year will consist of alternating Program meetings and Assigned Subject (Critique) meetings. (For details on the Critique meetings go to the "Newsletter & Articles" link and select "02-Critique Nights Guidelines".) Critiques will normally be done by individuals who are not members of the club. Meetings are designed to exhibit members’ work and to help further photographic skills and knowledge by the sharing of information and expertise. Programs are scheduled in areas of interest determined by vote of the membership. Presenters with expertise in these specific areas are sought to provide interesting and informative presentations throughout the club year. Programs will be determined and announced prior to each meeting date.

As a courtesy to fellow club members and to guest critiquers, please silence cell phones and leave the room when holding a conversation.

If a meeting is to be cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be notified by email no later than 5:00 p.m., or you may call Carol Bochert at 540-752-1096 any time after 5:00 p.m. to find out if there is a meeting.
